​Cancellations

 

You can cancel a class up to 6 hours before the start time with no penalty.

In this case, you simply reserve a new time slot to have class.

If you cancel a class 6 hours or less before the start time, there is a penalty.

Each plan includes a number of free cancellations. Students on the 4-hour plan get 1 free cancellation per month. Students on the 8-hour plan get 2 free cancellations per month. Students on the 12-hour plan get 3 free cancellations per month.

 

When you cancel a class 6 hours or less before the start time, you use a free cancellation to reserve a new time slot. Once you have used up all of your free cancellations, we charge 100% of the class fee and you may not reserve a new time slot.

Refunds

You must use your hours within the month, or else they will expire.

We do not offer refunds for unused hours, so please make sure to choose a plan that fits you.

 

We only offer refunds in the case that one of our teachers makes a cancellation.
